Will Kinetic reagents run on my AU analyzer? +

Reagents are supplied in barcoded, original-format bottles for the Beckman Coulter AU series. Tell us your model and our team will confirm the menu and parameters.

Will switching disrupt my lab? +

No. We program the assays and run them in parallel with your current reagents, switching only once correlation results meet your acceptance criteria.

Do you provide tender documentation? +

Yes. Catalogues, IFUs, MSDS, CE files, quality certificates and official distribution letters are available on request.

How should reagents be stored? +

Store as stated on each assay’s label and IFU. Shipments travel in a controlled cold chain with lot and expiry tracking.

What maintenance and warranty do you offer? +

Monthly on-site preventive maintenance, 24/7 remote support and rapid repair when issues arise. Details follow the service contract agreed with each laboratory.

How do I get a quote? +

Pick assays from the menu, enter your monthly test volume and send the request. We reply within one business day.
